TempPrivacy
TempPrivacy is a small independent project, not a company with a support department. That has an upside: messages go straight to the person who builds and maintains the service, and genuine bug reports usually get fixed quickly.
The only way to reach us is by email:
contact@tempprivacy.com
We aim to reply within two to three business days.
To get a useful answer faster, tell us which browser and operating system you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
The most common reports we get, and what to include:
If someone has used a TempPrivacy address to harass you, commit fraud, or evade a ban on your platform, write to us with the full address and the approximate time. We will help where we can โ but please understand the limits of what we can offer.
We do not operate the mail infrastructure ourselves; addresses are created through the mail.tm public API. We do not log IP addresses against generated addresses, and inboxes are not retained after a session ends. In practice this means we usually cannot identify who used a given address. If you need account-level records, the request has to go to mail.tm, and a formal legal request is the appropriate route.
If you run a service and would rather not receive sign-ups from disposable addresses at all, the practical answer is to block known disposable domains at registration. Publicly maintained blocklists exist for exactly this, and most services use one.
Advertising, partnerships, or questions about the project โ same address, and please put "business" in the subject line so it does not get lost among support mail.
A few things we are asked often and cannot do: we cannot recover an expired inbox, we cannot tell you who used a particular address, we cannot create an address on a domain of your choosing, and we cannot help you get around a site that has blocked disposable email. The FAQ on the main page covers most of the rest.
